Castellare di Castellina
Castellare di Castellina offers not only fine wines, EVO oil, grappa, and other quality products but also exceptional hospitality in one of the most charming settings in Chianti and Tuscany. Located in the heart of Chianti Classico in Castellina in Chianti, Castellare di Castellina is a historic winery that invites you to explore its southeast-facing hills. Since 1979, under the guidance of Paolo Panerai, a careful survey of the vines has allowed the selection of the best Sangioveto and Malvasia Nera varieties. These vines give Castellare wines a unique character, born from rediscovered traditions and a deep scientific attention to every stage of production.
Azienda Agricola Poggio Amorelli
Since 1997, Poggio Amorelli Estate has been at the heart of the Mazzarrini Family's history. Their first production began here and later expanded to three other estates: one in Maremma Toscana, another in Chianti, and a small vinegar factory in Modena. In addition to IGT and DOCG wines, they produce Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Grappa, and IGP, DOP, and extra-aged Balsamic Vinegar. Poggio Amorelli guides guests on a journey to discover Tuscan flavors with guided tours and tastings. You will be led through the production process, tasting white and red wines paired with zero-kilometer products: extra virgin olive oil, Tuscan cold cuts, balsamic vinegar, aged cheeses, grappa, and vinsanto.
